Estimate & Feasibility
Following our visit, we'll prepare a realistic initial estimate based on your brief, your site, and the broader scope of your project.
Design, Plans & Engineering
We'll refine the concept with you, then coordinate with our preferred architects and engineers to develop the plans and prepare a detailed quote across every element of the build.
Typical: 6–12 weeks with new design
Permits & Approvals
We manage planning and building permits, engineering, soil reports and service connections. You get a plain-English update every week while council does its thing.

The Build
Jarrod runs your site with the same trades who build every Humble Abode home. Milestone walk-throughs at slab, frame, lock-up and fixing, and you can call the builder, because you have his number.
Typical custom build: 9–12 months
Handover & Guarantee
A full-day quality inspection together, then keys, manuals, warranties and a 10-year structural guarantee in writing. Then we come back at three months to fix the little things every new home reveals.

About half our clients arrive with architect drawings, the other half with an idea and a block. Both are welcome. If you have plans, we'll give you a genuine price against them, and tell you honestly where they can be built smarter. If you're starting fresh, we bring the design team to you.
