Morris Court started with a developer client, a run-down house in Springvale and an idea: replace it with two townhouses. We took it from plans to turnkey, ready for auction, and the design was driven purely by what buyers in that area were looking for.
It paid off. One townhouse sold before auction and the other sold on auction day, and the client was thrilled with the result. We're already planning more projects together.
