Sandy Road began as a cleared block and a developer client who needed a home that would sell. We took it from plans to turnkey, and the design was shaped around what buyers in the area were looking for, from the layout through to the finishes.
The build ran from June 2018 to January 2019, about seven months from bare block to handover, and every stage is photographed on our building journey page. The home sold within three weeks of going to market, and our client was delighted with the result.
