The family behind Captain Street had built with other builders before, so they came to us knowing exactly what they didn't want: another floorplan picked from a range and bent to fit. They wanted a home designed around their family's needs from the first line of the plans.
The result is a double-storey custom home of around 40 squares in Officer, with mid-range finishes throughout and a layout built around how this family actually lives.
